(Storage Archives CASA)

TheCASA Clinics were declared bankrupt in November 2017. Since November 2018, the files of all former patients of CASA Clinics have been managed by an independent foundation, namely Stichting BACASA (Preservation Archives CASA). The activities of this foundation are financed by a subsidy from the government; the foundation has entrusted the execution of the activities to Gynaikon Clinics.

If you, as a former patient of CASA clinics:

  • want access to your file;

  • Want a copy of (part of) your file;
